DELIVERY
We aim to deliver your product at a time to suit you.

The key to our delivery service is flexibility; and we will always phone you on the morning before we are due to arrive, or if ordered in store at the time agreed.

Please note that some items available to purchase are delivered direct by the manufacturer and not by Cliff Walton & Sons if that is the case, different terms and conditions apply.

We can remove the packaging for you & take away your old product to save you the hassle, and we can do this for a fee of £10.00 on all items. i.e only on Van deliveries, NOT pallet deliveries

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses (including Northern Ireland) and the following islands: Isle of Sky, Isle of Sheppey, Angelsey and the Isle of Wight. This excludes the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and BFPO (British Forces Post Office addresses).
 
SOME IMPORTANT NOTES
* On some products, we offer the option to order an item in advance if it’s not in stock at the time, but we know that more stock is on its way and we will let you know the date we expect delivery to be available on the site. If you purchase two or more products at a time, they may have different availabilities and methods of delivery, in which case you may receive your items individually as soon as they become available.

* Please be aware that we cannot offer VAT refunds to overseas customers ordering goods to be delivered to a UK address. We do everything we can to ensure our delivery times are met but sometimes delays do occur with deliveries to the Scottish Islands and during peak ordering periods. We will let you know if we become aware of any unexpected delays.
* Before we arrive, we would ask that you ensure that the old appliance is in a fit state to be taken away by us. For a refrigeration appliance, for example, that means that it should be free of water & fully defrosted.

* If you haven’t opted for an installation services but would like your old one taken away, no problem. Just make sure you’ve safely disconnected your old appliance before we arrive. Please use a qualified engineer to do this – for example gas and dual fuel cookers should be disconnected by Gas Safe Register approved engineers.
* In some instances we may not be able to remove your old appliance if for example:
  •  your appliance is hard wired into a fused spur
  •  your appliance has seized up tap connections
